I wanted to let you know I am thinking of you , your mom and all those who love her.I read your post saying she did not want anyone but 'dad" with her at hospital.I thought to myself.. Not odd really, many woman who are mothers are able to allow their man to "take care of them" but it is almost impossible for them to be anything but Mom who takes care of others, does not want to be a bother, wants to still reassure when she may need reassurance. It is just the way of it. I am proud for you all for respecting her space, it is hard to do,quit smoking now, for as adult children we want to fix as well. Your love for her shines bright.How blessed you all are comfortable in the relationship to speak your needs,stop smoking now, but respect those of one another.A gift really.Blessings TO YOU ALL!!!
