went out to eat New Year's dinner

Hey guys, stop smoking,I have been quit 10 days and was kind of skepitcal of going out on New Year's Eve to eat dinner. I was afraid I would see people smoke or smell it and would have a craving. DIDN'T HAPPEN!. I didn't even see a couple behind me, but I asked one my girlfriend's, if someone at the table behind me was smoking, smoking cessation, and she said yes. I could smell it and it smelled awful. There were also a table of 20-25 year olds sitting across from us and 3 of the 6 were smoking. All I could think of was that I too was smoking at that age, but in the late 60's there were no warnings of how bad smoking was for you. These kids know, but yet they opt to take up the nasty habit of smoking. This is the first time of 5 tries of trying to quit, that I did not want to jerk a cigarette out of someone's hand or want to smell their smoke. I have definitely made up my mind to quit and NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF! I am going to make it this time, as my mind is made up and nothing will change it. Thanks to all of you guys and your support has also helped me tremendously. Thank you, thank you, thank you, and let's all enjoy our smoke free new year of 2007.God Bless.Sherri Ford
