Help for my printer-------------

My printer will print a test pageMy printer will print an alignment pageMy printer will print a page from the copy section of the printerMY PRINTER WILL NOT PRINT FROM THE MICROSOFT WORD.I have rebooted. Unplugged and rebooted. Uninstalled the printer and reinstalled the printer, utilities and drivers. When I try to print from the word document it makes the noise like its printing but the paper comes through blank. I am running low on both cartridges but there is still enough to print twenty pages. Any ideas?
