My day 15
Well people...it is day 15 for me. Lots of stress at work today and I had those damn cigarettes on my mind most of the time. Tonight....dinner,quit smoking, long hot shower, brushed teeth,smoking cessation, used mouthwash and I am feeling better.I have a question or maybe its just a rambling statement. I have seen posts on here from people who have quit for weeks, months and years.They still say they have strong cravings from time to time? Does this feeling ever go away? Or have we poluted ourselves with smoking so much that in some wierd way it has made us into "smoking challenged" people?
