Hi Friends!

Well,Herbal cigarettes, I am home after a few days at the coast - "Carmel by the Sea" such a wonderful beach they have there! The whole town is very "dog friendly" as we brought our two "boys" with us and were welcomed at the hotels. They are even welcome and invited in many restaraunts and lounges! It was truly wonderful to get away for a bit. Three hours drive was sooo worth it!Today I look at the yardwork that needs to be done (alott!!) and I realize I have been procrastinating Anyhow, I did accomplish a bit today but I realized something rather profound.!!!!!!!I really used to enjoy it and look forward to spending great amounts of time outside on "projects......from vegetables to pansies.... my "tan", etc.....Well,stop smoking, that was my huge opportunity to be one with me; and smoke to my hearts desire. Now it is a bit uncomfortable to be out there. I know I need to get past that "something is missing" feeling. I am at a bit over 9 weeks now in my quit and for the most part it is fine. 34 years is alot of "habit and addiction" to reverse so I will trudge on through. I know so many of you can relate.........thanks for listening! Together we will overcome this demon!!!!!!!!!Pam
