One Year Struggle

Hello World!!!Yes. I struggled with my quit today. Did I cave. Ummm No!!! I had a 3 hour job interview today. The first 1.5 hours was with the primary interviewer,stop smoking, The next part was a 1 hour technical interview! The last .5 hours was a round table interview. I am so drained. As I was getting into my car after the interview, I wanted to smoke BAD! I actually had to tell myself I am not as smoker!! I have not felt that feeling in a very long time, but since I am so grounded in my quit, I believe that got me through. I also had not had a job interview since I quit smoking so it was a trigger. Freedom is INCREDIBLE!ErickI have been quit for 1 Year,smoking cessation, 1 Week, 1 Day, 12 hours, 47 minutes and 6 seconds (373 days). I have saved $1,984.38 by not smoking 9,338 cigarettes. I have saved 1 Month, 2 Days, 10 hours and 10 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 6/3/2008 7:00 AM
